Sunday, November 15th is the night of our church’s Thanksgiving Dinner, and we’re going to help deliver food to the people who are not able to make it to the church.

We will be working from 4:00 – 6:00. Make sure to bring $3 for dinner.

We’re going to have fun, fellowship with each other, and help serve our church. What a great way to celebrate Thanksgiving!

The Annual Austin District United Methodist Youth Holiday Lock-in is upon us! This year we will be spending the night at Austin’s Park n’ Pizza. There’s going to be pizza, go carts, mini-golf, lazer tag, bumper boats,
arcade games, the rock-wall, movies, and much more! The cost is $45 per child. Register before December 1st, and you get a free hoodie!

We’ll be meeting at the church on Friday Dec. 18th at 9:20 pm. Don’t be late! You’ll be able to pick up your youth the next morning at 6:30 am in front of the church.

Drinks will be provided all night, and a pizza buffet will be open from 12:00 am – 2:00 am. After that, a snack bar offering nachos, hot dogs, etc, will be available, so don’t forget to bring extra money!

12:00 am    Head to Austin’ Park n’ Pizza!

Midweek is the perfect chance for anyone in High School to take a break in the middle of the week and just kick back.  Hangout with friends, meet new friends, east some food, and learn more about who God is Calling you to be.  Midweek will meet every Wednesday this month except November 25th (the wednesday before Thankgiving).  We will meet at Michelle Blake’s house each Wednesday from 7pm-9pm.

The annual District Wide Dodgeball Tournament is coming up on October 25th. Here is some information about it:

• We have 3 different divisions: High school Male, Middle School Male, and grades 6-12 co-ed (either male or female).
• The cost is only $6 per person. There are at least 6 people per team with a maximum of 8 people.
• Registration forms are in links to the right of the page.
• In order to register your team, forms and money are due to David or Clay by October 18th.
• If you would like to play and be placed on a team, you can submit a form for yourself and we will place you on a Tarrytown team.
  
• Please bring new or gently used clothes to the tournament for a clothing donation drive.
• This will be UMYF for Sunday October 25th. The tournament will be from 2-6pm at the Austin Sports Center, 425 Woodward St.
  

Get your game faces on and get ready to represent Tarrytown to the rest of the district! We can field multiple teams to smash the competition!!

There is a youth council meeting this Sunday 9/20 at 12:00pm in the attic right after the 11:00am service. We’ll be discussing Pumpkin Patch, Spring Break activities, and next summer’s Jr. and Sr. High mission trips! We want the input of all youth and their parents! Lunch will be provided.

Join us for Midweek this September at the Klitch’s Home.  Midweek meets every Wednesday from 7pm-9pm.  join us for food, friends, and great discussion about what is going on in the world we live in.

This is a great chance for Sr. High to sit back and take a break from school and everything else in the world and just hangout with friends.  We gather, and hangout, and then study the word!

To kick off UMYF for the semester we are going to play Laser Tag at Blazer Lazer this Sunday. We will meet at the church at 4pm and return by 6:30pm. It will include Pizza! Cost is $10.
